Fruit Concentrate Powders
Description:
The Fruit Concentrate Powder is standardized to an active anthocyanin content. We produce the Concentrate Powders by membrane filtration using food technology principles. We then convert to powder using spray drying and maltodextrin. This process allows us to retain the original food matrix and to comply with Food Supplement regulatory Standards. Our products retain the original flavor and aroma profile of the fruit and they are water soluble.
Application:
Our products have a wide range of applications for the functional food, nutritional supplement, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. They are water soluble and standardized by both anthocyanin and colour. Can be formulated into foods, capsules, beverages, tablets and drinking powders.
