Description:
The Fruit Concentrate in liquid form is standardized to an active anthocyanin content. It is produced by separating the water from the original juice and then further concentrating the anthocyanins by membrane filtration using food technology principles. We then aseptically fill into standard container sizes. This process allows us to retain the original food matrix and to comply with Food Supplement Regulatory Standards. Our products retain the original flavor and aroma profile of the fruit and they are of course water soluble.
Application:
Our products have a wide range of applications for the functional food, nutritional supplement, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. They are water soluble and standardized by both anthocyanin and colour. Can be formulated into foods, softgel capsules and beverages.
Embottling, adding into drinks and Dairy Fruit Products.
